What is the difference between accepting private insurance and being in network with them?
When a doctor is “in-network” with an insurance company, the insurance company has a contract that dictates specific payment amounts the doctor will receive for certain services. Patients usually have lower co-pays for in-network doctors. When a doctor “accepts private insurance” but is “out-of-network,” they do not have a contract with the insurance companies. Patients usually have higher co-pays for out-of-network doctors.
Do you accept adult Medicaid?
No.

When should I bring my child in for their first dental checkup?
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry suggests that parents bring their child for their first dental exam when their first tooth appears or by their first birthday. This allows you to get ahead of dental problems, establish good habits, and alleviate fears of the dentist.
When can I begin using toothpaste to clean my child's teeth?
Begin introducing minimal amounts of fluoride toothpaste as soon as they cut their first tooth. Before the first tooth, use water and an infant toothbrush.
How can I protect my child's teeth when playing sports?
The best form of oral protection during sports is a mouthguard. Give us a call to learn more about how we can help with a custom-made mouthguard.
Are dental X-rays safe for my child?
