Cosmetic Dentistry
A picture-perfect smile can make anyone’s confidence soar!
Cosmetic dentistry is the use of dental techniques to correct stains, discoloration, chips, and breaks in a person’s teeth.
Bumgardner Family Dental offers several cosmetic dentistry services, including:
bonding, teeth whitening, veneers, and ICON Resin Infiltration.
Through these treatment options, our team can give you the teeth of your dreams!
Bonding
Dental bonding treatments return damaged or misshapen teeth to their original look and shape. The procedure is simple: we take a tooth-colored resin that matches the color of the other teeth and bond it to the surface of any affected teeth. Another bonus of dental bonding is we can usually complete the entire process in one visit! And after the procedure, no one will be able to tell the difference between the bonded teeth and your natural pearly whites! This is an excellent solution for those with cracked or chipped teeth.
Teeth Whitening
With Bumgardner Family Dental’s teeth whitening treatments, your teeth will shine like never before! We offer two treatment options to fit everyone’s needs:
- In-Office Teeth Whitening
- Take-Home Teeth Whitening System
But that’s not all we do. We also give you tips on how to keep your teeth white and prevent future staining or discoloration so you can keep your smile bright and shiny.

Veneers
Dental veneers are thin shells that are custom-made to fit on the front side of your teeth to alter their shape, close gaps, or to cover stains and discolored areas. The thin shell is made of porcelain which is both durable and stain-resistant, meaning the results will be long-lasting. To apply veneers, we remove some of the enamel from your teeth and bond the porcelain shell to the tooth for a seamless look.
ICON Resin Infiltration
Have you ever wondered what the chalky white spots are on teeth after removing braces? These are pre-cavities that formed in places where the teeth began demineralizing underneath the brackets.
ICON Resin Infiltration is a conservative treatment that allows us to change these spots back to the correct color and stop the pre-cavity progression. And while this treatment is most frequently used for patients who’ve had braces removed, it can also be helpful for pre-cavities not caused by braces.
